Sebastian was 10/10, very technical, extremely efficient, and knowledgeable, and fixed our 2021 Lennox heater in 2.5 hours after going through all the checks, finding that the main electric wires on the relay boards were loose, likely causing overheating and the main breaker to shut off, as well as finding a short in the outdoor unit that caused the low voltage break. This HVAC has broken every winter for the past 3 years and the original company that installed it has not been able to fix it (in spite of being here sometimes for 10 hours at a time). John Clower and his right hand man Kevin- Know. Their. Stuff. I have ductless mini split units as my HVAC in my home and when I noticed a little water sometimes dripping- they were able to identify the issue, explain it and make me feel confident they resolved it. They are knowledgeable, competent, hardworking, professional, honest and do excellent work! Not everyone in this field has the expertise, experience or skill and it shows. BMC Clower bought the company that originally put in the AC in my 100 year old house. They have been outstanding in caring for my unit and even provided emergency services in the 4th of July weekend. Recently Sebastian came out to do a routine service call and was extremely professional and efficient. He made recommendations that were appropriate and well appreciated.
