Carlos is a smart, caring, and skilled technician. He came to my condo to diagnose why my AC had stopped and found that it was triggered by backup in the condensate line in my building. Great company! Carlos is a competent HVAC guy and an all round good guy who took time to explain things, didn't mind me hanging out with him and is looking into whether I can get a part paid for under the warranty. I called around 9am on a Saturday because my AC wasn't cooling. He was at my house same day around 1:30 and my house is now cooling down nicely.
