Was fixed in a timely manner and they upgraded my shingles to an architectural shingles that look better and and last longer . They were able to deal with my home owners insurance company directly . “I've shopped around for a company to build my deck and patio for over a year and I have to say Maryland Deck Builders was the right company for the job. My project was not small by any means with a large deck, stone patio with a firepit and seating area. Nelson and team did a great job explaining the process, meeting with me multiple times to go over options and even during the project when we hit a snag with some of the stone colors with the distributer, Nelson came out to my house with alternatives to review with me.

I contacted fifteen (15) different construction and handyman companies. I sent a detailed task list to request a site visit and an estimate. Only five (5) companies used the task list to participate in a site visit. Only four (4) companies provided an estimate. Only M & C Global Construction company visited my home as a team of two, one of which was a plumber.

Every company that visited my home used their expertise to make great suggestions and provide solutions. Every company focused on the master bathroom remodel as their priority instead of my priority, the laundry room relocation. Only M & C Global Construction listened to and focused on my priorities.

“I noticed two water spots on the drywall of the ceiling in my top floor bedroom. I repaired and painted the drywall but I knew there still had to be a problem with the roof. It has rained since repairing the spots, but the roof did not leak during these rains. Fernando from Trinity Exteriors did a roof inspection and noted that the shingles lifted up easily and there were multiple nail heads that were rusted. He informed me that the shingles were likely lifting up during a wind driven rain, allowing water to get under the shingle and sit. This was causing the nails to rust. He found one nail head that was completely rusted away and likely the spot the leak originated from. He also pointed out to me that the roof was a low slope roof, which makes it more likely to develop leaks. He sealed the nail heads to prevent any immediate water leakage and is currently working up a quote for me to replace the roof. Fernando was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.“
