I reached out to Pro Tech via their website to get a quote for siding repair. Randy was great to work with. Very responsiveness and knowledgeable. He informed me that the damaged piece was called the gable capping. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the work that was performed and the price was reasonable. Would definitely recommend them.
There was a roof leak due to a rain storm recently. I called Pro Tech. Randy called back and set up an appointment. Randy was very professional and he spent time explaining the details. Another heavy rain event happened the next day, no leak and the problem got fixed. Thanks, Randy.
My experience was just like all the other 5 star reviews. Randy was a true, honest professional in all regards. He was upfront, knowledgeable, friendly, and did not over price the job. He pointed out other issues seen in the attic and gave products and instructions on how to diy repairs, while diagnosing a leak in the roof. He also did one additional small fix for a second small leak by caulking on the roof without additional charge. I would recommend ProTech to anyone in the area!
