Phil was an extremely helpful and thorough salesman who truly cared most about our happiness with the final product. We 3-quoted and although Fichtner was actually a close 2nd best, we chose them based on Phil's impression on us (no hard sell, no exploding offers; just honest feedback and insight from his experience).
