“Jan was very nice, was here Thursday morning before supplies were delivered to let us know that they had to cancel due to weather. Then was here first thing Friday morning to let us know his guys would be here soon. He was here most of the morning before checking in with other jobs. He called twice to check in and sent photos of the job for us to see. Explained everything that was happening. Came back Saturday morning to check in and do a double check on the work and any extra clean up. He’s the first supervisor on any job we have had done, to be this thorough. Very much appreciated him and the guys for their hard work.“

Some of the wood planks were rotten and needed to be replaced and some of the wood had gaps between them, so plywood sheets needed to be installed to add the architectural shingles. Great discount price for purchase of additional material. I wasn't able to be at home the entire time, but I received lots of pics to include me in the job. Prep and clean up was good. Even with the weather of 90 degrees plus the Team was professional, and knowledgeable. A great customer service experience from beginning to completion. “I noticed two water spots on the drywall of the ceiling in my top floor bedroom. I repaired and painted the drywall but I knew there still had to be a problem with the roof. It has rained since repairing the spots, but the roof did not leak during these rains. Fernando from Trinity Exteriors did a roof inspection and noted that the shingles lifted up easily and there were multiple nail heads that were rusted. He informed me that the shingles were likely lifting up during a wind driven rain, allowing water to get under the shingle and sit. This was causing the nails to rust. He found one nail head that was completely rusted away and likely the spot the leak originated from. He also pointed out to me that the roof was a low slope roof, which makes it more likely to develop leaks. He sealed the nail heads to prevent any immediate water leakage and is currently working up a quote for me to replace the roof. Fernando was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.“

“My experience with A1 Kangaroof is excellent. I did my own research for some weeks before I choose A1 Kanga to replace my roof, so I felt confident about the materials that I wanted on my roof. I interviewed a few different roofing companies and Maurice was the only individual that met my requirements. He knew his subject and came prepared and did an excellent job.

What impressed me even more is the follow-up and support that this company provides after the job is completed and that's very important to me. I had a minor leak over a window and I though it was the roof but it wasn't. This was almost 2 years after the roof was installed. The sealing on the window frame became defective and this had nothing to do with the roof installation. I reported it to A1 Kanga and they fixed it for me anyway. I consider this to be excellent customer service.“

My project was not small by any means with a large deck, stone patio with a firepit and seating area. Nelson and team did a great job explaining the process, meeting with me multiple times to go over options and even during the project when we hit a snag with some of the stone colors with the distributer, Nelson came out to my house with alternatives to review with me.
Nelson was also very reasonable when we had to make some adjustments and wasn't focused on nickel-and-diming

“Had some wind damage recently and called Bob Tuttle to see if he would handle a small job. He came out that evening, did a quick repair, and promised to return to do a proper job. He did so, and not only fixed the problem, but inspected other areas of the roof and did some preventive maintenance. His fees are more than reasonable, and the quality of his work will warrant further calls in the future.“
