When high winds blew the roof off my garage, it was so stressful! Thankfully I found Walter Brown Services. They were professional, thorough, and reasonably priced. The estimator even provided recommendations beyond the work they were going to be doing that we could do ourselves in the future. The service staff was so helpful, responsive and supportive, and the work was quickly scheduled. When the roofing team encountered some some structural problems they were able to quickly address them for a reasonable price. My new roof is beautiful, and I couldn't be happier. Walter Brown Services replaced our roof on February 14, 2024. The whole process was seamless. Robert (Bob) came to our home to give us an estimate. He then spent at least an hour on the phone with me answering all of my questions, and explaining the differences between the different grades of shingles and warranties. Bob then stopped by our home a second time to bring samples of the colors I was interested in.
