I noticed two water spots on the drywall of the ceiling in my top floor bedroom. I repaired and painted the drywall but I knew there still had to be a problem with the roof. It has rained since repairing the spots, but the roof did not leak during these rains. Fernando from Trinity Exteriors did a roof inspection and noted that the shingles lifted up easily and there were multiple nail heads that were rusted. He informed me that the shingles were likely lifting up during a wind driven rain, allowing water to get under the shingle and sit. This was causing the nails to rust. Original Post from 2022: Bob was awesome from beginning to end. Walked me through the process of getting a new roof, provided fair estimate, and completed all of the items outlined in the contract. Highly recommended.
Edit 2026: Still an amazing company. I worked with Dominick this time to get a fascia fixed that squirrels were trying to get into. He was highly responsive and didn't overcharge. Hopefully, I won't need any additional work anytime soon, but if I do, then I know who to call. Again, I highly recommend this company.
