Some of the wood planks were rotten and needed to be replaced and some of the wood had gaps between them, so plywood sheets needed to be installed to add the architectural shingles. Great discount price for purchase of additional material. I wasn't able to be at home the entire time, but I received lots of pics to include me in the job. Prep and clean up was good. Even with the weather of 90 degrees plus the Team was professional, and knowledgeable. A great customer service experience from beginning to completion. “Jan was very nice, was here Thursday morning before supplies were delivered to let us know that they had to cancel due to weather. Then was here first thing Friday morning to let us know his guys would be here soon. He was here most of the morning before checking in with other jobs. He called twice to check in and sent photos of the job for us to see. Explained everything that was happening. Came back Saturday morning to check in and do a double check on the work and any extra clean up. He’s the first supervisor on any job we have had done, to be this thorough. “My experience with A1 Kangaroof is excellent. I did my own research for some weeks before I choose A1 Kanga to replace my roof, so I felt confident about the materials that I wanted on my roof. After review of our chimney, we were told nothing needs to be done and they were not charging us for the visit. Wow! Who does that? What great customer service. He did so, and not only fixed the problem, but inspected other areas of the roof and did some preventive maintenance.
