My experience was very good. The crew arrived early, worked very hard and cleaned up so well that it would be difficult to tell that work had been done.TJ was great about responding to all my questions and did so in a timely fashion.I was dreading this whole experience of getting a new roof, but your company made it relatively painless. RoofPRO was able to quickly respond to a leak in the kitchen ceiling. The estimator was very thorough, took pictures and answered questions. It turned out the source was a poor quality roof pipe collar. They replaced with a high quality pipe collar, and changed the scope of work to add in two additional pipe collars. They showed me the damaged roof sheathing, and took pictures of the work. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful. I've alerted my neighbors, since the same builder did the neighborhood, and strongly suggested they call RoofPRO.
