We had wind damage to our garage roofs, and reached out to 3 companies. RoofPro's offer far surpassed the other 2, and we decided to engage them. Initially, Jim P., the adjuster, worked with us to meet our insurance requirements. The proposal was clear and easy to understand.
Once everything was approved, the PM, Wayne E., arranged a start date. The crew showed up on time, they were very respectful of property, and upon completion, cleaned up all material - not a trace was left. We fully expected the roof repairs to take several days, they were done in 3 hours! And their work was impeccable.

I've had two experiences with RoofPRO, LLC and neither one could have been better. My most recent experience involved repairing a leaking slate roof on a 100 year old house that has been in the family for over sixty years.
Wilbur Moore and John Henry worked hard to get me a price that was very reasonable and a repaired roof that I feel will last for many more years! The quality of work was evident thorough the photos taken every step of the way. Care was also taken to ensure the use of new and original slate wasn't noticeable from the ground.

This is an awesome company! Every step was an excellent experience. My first contact was with Will, who came to my home to review my issue (soffit & Fascia damage). He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He recommended ways to avoid unnecessary work unlike previous companies I spoke with. He issued a thorough estimate with a reasonable price. John followed up an got me on the schedule faster than I anticipated. Very pleasant. He even threw in an extra gift for me, which this customer appreciates!
