“I requested J Land Contracting to come out for an inspection of our roof due to its old age, and due to an insurance claim, Danny and his team came out and even performed emergency services at no cost, while other companies did not mention the severe issues. “Ken from the Gutter Guys came to my home to give an estimate for some gutter work. He was right on time and identified himself. Ken was very cordial and patiently listened to the explanation about the over washing gutter issues. He made several recommendations for approaches to alleviate the water issues. His suggestions were to have the contractor who originally installed the gutter guards to remove them and install an additional downspout. His suggestions are correct. We are contacting Miss Utility to start the repairs' process. Highly recommend Ken as a craftsman who is honest in his appraisals.“

“Very professional crew , that was able to walk me thru the process of getting my roof replaced making a insurance claim due to damage from a storm . Was fixed in a timely manner and they upgraded my shingles to an architectural shingles that look better and and last longer . They were able to deal with my home owners insurance company directly . After I made the initial claim they took care of the rest . My roof looks great and I get many compliments from friends when they come over . Highly recommended and will be referring them to all my friends and colleagues. Then a week later we had another storm blow thru and a big tree branch fell on my detached garage and put a hole in my garage roof . I called and told them and he sent his crew out and they fixed immediately at no charge .“

I contacted fifteen (15) different construction and handyman companies. I sent a detailed task list to request a site visit and an estimate. Only five (5) companies used the task list to participate in a site visit. Only four (4) companies provided an estimate. Only M & C Global Construction company visited my home as a team of two, one of which was a plumber.

Every company that visited my home used their expertise to make great suggestions and provide solutions. Every company focused on the master bathroom remodel as their priority instead of my priority, the laundry room relocation. Only M & C Global Construction listened to and focused on my priorities.

1. attended a site visit with two experts
2. used my task list to understand my priorities and concerns
3. provided a timely estimate and financing options
4. minimized project risks by expertly handling change orders
5. adapted company procedures to fit the client's needs
6. provided quality control over the whole project
7. managed project in phases so that the client still had use of her home
8. communicated with client in a timely manner and prepared the client for each phase
9. fixed minor issues without being asked
10. organized each workspace and cleaned up everyday
