“I noticed two water spots on the drywall of the ceiling in my top floor bedroom. I repaired and painted the drywall but I knew there still had to be a problem with the roof. It has rained since repairing the spots, but the roof did not leak during these rains. Fernando from Trinity Exteriors did a roof inspection and noted that the shingles lifted up easily and there were multiple nail heads that were rusted. He informed me that the shingles were likely lifting up during a wind driven rain, allowing water to get under the shingle and sit. This was causing the nails to rust. He found one nail head that was completely rusted away and likely the spot the leak originated from. He also pointed out to me that the roof was a low slope roof, which makes it more likely to develop leaks. He sealed the nail heads to prevent any immediate water leakage and is currently working up a quote for me to replace the roof. Fernando was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.”
