“My experience with A1 Kangaroof is excellent. I did my own research for some weeks before I choose A1 Kanga to replace my roof, so I felt confident about the materials that I wanted on my roof. What impressed me even more is the follow-up and support that this company provides after the job is completed and that's very important to me. I had a minor leak over a window and I though it was the roof but it wasn't. This was almost 2 years after the roof was installed. The sealing on the window frame became defective and this had nothing to do with the roof installation. I reported it to A1 Kanga and they fixed it for me anyway. I consider this to be excellent customer service.“

“We got several estimates about fixing a perennial leak in the upper part of our slate roof that is not even visible from the ground. In their free estimate, Roland Slate gave the most comprehensive report that provided detailed pictures of the roof and its many issues. Their quote was a bit cheaper than another company's and it's clarity instilled confidence it would be done satisfactorily. We had them do the work and although it was a complete replacement it was done in a timely manner and all debris cleaned up.“

“Jan was very nice, was here Thursday morning before supplies were delivered to let us know that they had to cancel due to weather. Then was here first thing Friday morning to let us know his guys would be here soon. He was here most of the morning before checking in with other jobs. He called twice to check in and sent photos of the job for us to see. Explained everything that was happening. Came back Saturday morning to check in and do a double check on the work and any extra clean up. He’s the first supervisor on any job we have had done, to be this thorough. “My roof hadn't been replaced since 1999. Some of the wood planks were rotten and needed to be replaced and some of the wood had gaps between them, so plywood sheets needed to be installed to add the architectural shingles. Great discount price for purchase of additional material. I wasn't able to be at home the entire time, but I received lots of pics to include me in the job. Prep and clean up was good. Even with the weather of 90 degrees plus the Team was professional, and knowledgeable. A great customer service experience from beginning to completion. “Very professional crew , that was able to walk me thru the process of getting my roof replaced making a insurance claim due to damage from a storm . Was fixed in a timely manner and they upgraded my shingles to an architectural shingles that look better and and last longer . They were able to deal with my home owners insurance company directly .
