Customers report a great experience with 5 Star Roofing and Restoration. The company gave the very best price among all roof replacement bids. The team was supremely helpful and knowledgeable. One representative dealt very forthrightly, telling a customer, "Look, here's what I did on my own home." Customers state you cannot place a value on that kind of honesty, especially for the lower-price configuration. The overall communication was fantastic. You couldn't ask anything more from a company as a consumer. Representatives were instrumental in insuring the care and quality of the roof replacement.
One project manager was there every single step of the way. He was more than supportive and went way beyond what almost any other service professional has ever done. He was entirely transparent, honest, and reliable. Every single thing he stated, he followed through on and then he went above and beyond it. His true focus was on the people underneath that roof. He genuinely cared about the family and was going to do anything and everything needed to ensure the absolute best job was done to keep them safe and protected.
This was one of the smoothest renovations in a long time. The process was explained clearly and thoroughly. All the paperwork was handled. The customer was kept informed throughout the entire process with updates. On installation day, the project manager checked everything was to satisfaction and provided status updates throughout the day. The crew was GREAT, very polite and FAST. They had a system in place, as they finished the removal and installation in one day. They left the area just like they found it even with the massive amount of debris. Scheduling was a breeze and they were very communicative when changes needed to occur due to weather. The whole install was completed within a day and the crew left the area around the house spotless. The roof looks great. Highly recommend.
The 5 Star Team arrived bright and early and got straight to work. They laid tarps to catch the removed shingles and cleaned everything up beautifully when they were finished. Our new roof looks great and 5 Star has already submitted all the paperwork to our insurance. Thanks to Jason, Jay, and the whole crew, we are now ready for the next round of storms this weekend.
The overall communication between myself and Frank Cain (Regional Mgr) was fantastic. You couldn't ask anything more from a company as a consumer. He was instrumental in insuring the care and quality of my roof replacement. I highly recommend 5-Star Roofing for the quality and care that they take with the work that they do.
I cannot say enough good things about 5 Star Roofing and Restoration, but specifically about Jay Grove. From start to finish, Jay was there every single step of the way. He was more than supportive and went way beyond what almost any other service professional has ever done for us.
From day one, Jay’s character completely stood out. In an industry where it can be hard to know who to trust, he was entirely transparent, honest, and reliable. Every single thing he stated, he followed through on and then he went above and beyond it.
While his technical focus was on the physical roof on top of our house, it was clear from the beginning that his true focus was on the people… read full review
