“My roof hadn't been replaced since 1999. Some of the wood planks were rotten and needed to be replaced and some of the wood had gaps between them, so plywood sheets needed to be installed to add the architectural shingles. Great discount price for purchase of additional material. I wasn't able to be at home the entire time, but I received lots of pics to include me in the job. Prep and clean up was good. Even with the weather of 90 degrees plus the Team was professional, and knowledgeable. A great customer service experience from beginning to completion. “Jan was very nice, was here Thursday morning before supplies were delivered to let us know that they had to cancel due to weather. Then was here first thing Friday morning to let us know his guys would be here soon. He was here most of the morning before checking in with other jobs. He called twice to check in and sent photos of the job for us to see. Explained everything that was happening. Came back Saturday morning to check in and do a double check on the work and any extra clean up. He’s the first supervisor on any job we have had done, to be this thorough. Very much appreciated him and the guys for their hard work.“

“Great job!! We had storm damage to the siding and the corner piece, as well as damage to the gutters and shingles on our screened porch. Randy and his son did a fantastic job replacing the gutters and shingles on the porch - you can't tell they were ever damaged! The job they did on the siding and corner was fantastic. It takes a lot of precise work to replace the corner piece, but Randy got it done and it looks great! I highly recommend Randy for any repair needs!“

“I noticed two water spots on the drywall of the ceiling in my top floor bedroom. I repaired and painted the drywall but I knew there still had to be a problem with the roof. It has rained since repairing the spots, but the roof did not leak during these rains. Fernando from Trinity Exteriors did a roof inspection and noted that the shingles lifted up easily and there were multiple nail heads that were rusted. He informed me that the shingles were likely lifting up during a wind driven rain, allowing water to get under the shingle and sit. This was causing the nails to rust. He found one nail head that was completely rusted away and likely the spot the leak originated from. He also pointed out to me that the roof was a low slope roof, which makes it more likely to develop leaks. He sealed the nail heads to prevent any immediate water leakage and is currently working up a quote for me to replace the roof. Fernando was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.“

“I can’t say enough good things about this company! I had a small issue with one section of my roof gutter and wasn’t sure how serious it was, but I reached out anyway. To my surprise, the owner himself came out late in the workday on a Friday to take a look. That alone impressed me — most companies would have pushed it to the following week.
He quickly identified the problem and fixed it on the spot. What really blew me away was when he told me it was such a minor fix that he wasn’t going to charge me anything. “If you need your gutters cleaned Labi should be your #1 choice. He is responsive, professional, diligent, communicative and does fantastic clean-up. We used to use a well known local company that never really communicated clearly with us on the condition of our gutters but would upload random "before and after photos of our gutters" which would only be accessible for a month. We never had time to look at them immed and b/c the guys they sent to do the cleaning did not like to talk we never really knew if there were any issues! Labi is the total opposite and we are very very happy. He will be installing new Leaf Relief gutter guards for us shortly at a very reasonable price so will update my review again when that installation is done. What a rarity it is these days to meet someone who genuinely enjoys their job and is fair and honest and extremely pleasant:):)“

“Very professional crew , that was able to walk me thru the process of getting my roof replaced making a insurance claim due to damage from a storm . Was fixed in a timely manner and they upgraded my shingles to an architectural shingles that look better and and last longer . They were able to deal with my home owners insurance company directly . After I made the initial claim they took care of the rest . My roof looks great and I get many compliments from friends when they come over . Highly recommended and will be referring them to all my friends and colleagues. Then a week later we had another storm blow thru and a big tree branch fell on my detached garage and put a hole in my garage roof . I called and told them and he sent his crew out and they fixed immediately at no charge .“
