I interviewed a few different roofing companies and Maurice was the only individual that met my requirements. He knew his subject and came prepared and did an excellent job.
What impressed me even more is the follow-up and support that this company provides after the job is completed and that's very important to me. I had a minor leak over a window and I though it was the roof but it wasn't. This was almost 2 years after the roof was installed. The sealing on the window frame became defective and this had nothing to do with the roof installation. I reported it to A1 Kanga and they fixed it for me anyway. I consider this to be excellent customer service.
Maurice and his team did a great job repairing my house’s roof in Baltimore. They scheduled the job within a couple weeks of me calling and actively communicated with me throughout the process. Their prices were reasonable and the work was high-quality.
After discovering a potential leak in our ceiling, my wife called the Kangaroof guys. An appointment was made, an inspector came on the time window provided, found the problem in the roof and proposed to fix it later on the same day. We got videos and pics of the actual problem and the repairing done. We are very satisfied with the fixing.
