They replaced the needed wood panels, installed architect rated shingles, and even fixed issues with our gutters (without charging for the gutters they installed newer angled nails rather than re-seating the older straight nail system that was failing). We didn't find a single nail or piece of shingle on the ground around the house after they were done.
