Overall, I am extremely pleased with the outcome of our patio and walkway! While we did experience some communication issues and delays due to the wrong pavers being delivered, Ace Decks and Fencing ultimately delivered on the vision I had.

There were several challenges they had to overcome, particularly with water pooling and grading issues in our yard. They carefully troubleshot the problems and developed a plan of action that made the space functional, high-quality, and beautiful at the same time.

The contractors were dependable, hardworking, and professional, and they seemed to share my commitment to quality and attention to detail.

A 21 month project that went bad due to failed communication from the company resulted in the final project. I am very pleased with the work of the teams. Alberto took ownership of the issue and went above and beyond to ensure I was given the attention that I should have been given due to lack of communication from the beginning of the project. If you want results or dissatisfied, ask for Alberto. He will ensure you receive the project for your outdoor oasis.
