I love that they emphasize health in its entirety--including sleep, nutrition, stretching/flexibility, muscle growth, fat loss (if that's your goal) and even a positive mental health. Michaela, in particular, has been an absolute blessing to my health and wellbeing. She is always ready to adjust my workouts based on my ongoing injuries and soreness, and has even implemented more mobility work to help with my injuries. It's like PT and a workout all in one, so instead of just feeling sore and in pain, I feel sore and strong. Thank you to this wonderful team and place. Happy to have found you all.“

Not only was she warm and welcoming, but she also happened to be my instructor for the session. Chellis guided me through everything—from wrapping my hands and nailing the perfect stance to executing strong punches and mastering proper kicking form.
