“Called David E White after another company was unable to resolve a very stubborn clog in the kitchen drain line. David fielded the call personally at 7:30 in the morning and had 2 team members here at 10:00AM. After 90 minutes the kitchen sink was back in business and the job was done. Very nice and polite plumbers (Rick and Danny) explained the process as they went, answered questions I had, and accomplished what the other company could not after a 3 hour try the night before. I will be calling them for future work here for sure. Also, the price was extremely fair, less than half the original quote that the other company had given me. Will be my first call from now on.“

“Last winter our HVAC system stopped working. And of course it was in the middle of winter. Contacted Pro-Tech based on the advice from a community Facebook group. Had had another company out previously that I wasn't thrilled with. The service was top notch. Chris wad friendly, professional, and explained what he was doing every step of the way. Turns out the other company installed the wrong fuse in the outside unit and it was loose, which is why the system was shutting off. My experience last winter sold me on the fact that I would never call another HVAC company besides Pro-Tech.Fast forward to this winter. Lost our heat again. Completely different issue, our thermostat decided to die on us, but wasn't sure why the system had stopped working at the time. Called Pro-Tech again and Chris was able to quickly diagnose the issue, help me find a new thermostat that would work with the wiring and harness already present and gave me detailed instructions on setting up the new system once it arrived via Amazon. So we have heat again!Take my advice. If you need HVAC service and want a company you can trust, this is who you should call.“
“I wish these guys did more than HVAC because I would hire them for just about anything. I called them after a larger "shinier" company gave me a bonkers quote for replacing a disconnect switch. Redding did the job for less than half of that, gave me zero hassle, didn't try to upsell or get me to sign up for a service plan. I asked for a quote on some additional AC work and a month later they came back out, took care of the job again for the agreed upon price, and were gone in a few hours. Not only is he very knowledgeable and responsive, he gives you multiple scenarios to achieve what you're looking for instead of just one quick answer. You have a lot of companies that are looking for the fast buck and taking the easiest path for their own benefit. Unlike Stephen, who really does take the time to learn about your scope of work and come up with the best solution possible.I personally have used him for my home residence, in which he installed an entire new Carrier HVAC system and smart Wi-Fi stat, as well as for my RE projects. In addition to installing entire brand new systems on my projects, he has ran full ductwork for a completely gutted property that was being rehabbed. He's very meticulous and calculates what your project needs with a Manual J report- in terms of the right system, how much area to heat/cool, where should the lines run for the vents etc. PureCraft comes up with all the necessary drawings and permits to get it done right. NO SHORTCUTS.I would think that I have a pretty decent sample size of experience with them, having been fortunate to work with PureCraft on various projects.
