10 years of non-stop anxiety. 10 years of feeling an invisible hand squeezing my chest, being on edge, unable to concentrate on anything else. And it's now gone. I'm normally pretty articulate, but I find myself at a loss at how to describe how much this is going to change my situation...my life, really. The procedure itself? Painless, quick, simple. Dr. Lynch and his world-class team are clear leaders in this field. So personable too. Talking to him is like talking to an old friend. You can tell he cares about every patient that comes through his doors. His and Jodi's SGB "missions" to Ukraine prove this too. He has no obligation to them....but he sees where he is needed and just goes. The best, and weirdest, compliment I can give is that I won't be totally disappointed down the road if I need another procedure because it will give me another chance to hang out with this team for a few days. Do your own research, but if you decide SGB is for you, I feel like you would be silly if you went anywhere else. I owe James, Jodi, and Angela more than I'm able to ever repay.

Great first experience! The environment is very welcoming. While waiting the owner was present and very attentive to her customers. Great to have private rooms to receive individualized service. This was my first experience getting brow stain to cover my grey hairs and Jaylla was awesome. She talked to me about my brows and what my options were based on the structure and look of my brows. Definitely recommend and will return next month!
Arrow Bella is incredible. I hired them for florals, design, hair and make-up and it was 5's across the board. Not only was it helpful to have one vendor for everything, but April is the most knowledgeable person I have ever met when it comes to weddings. I'm also not a person who is great with small details and April made it so I didn't have to stress about any of this. She took my ideas and completely ran with them (actually she made them 10x better as seen in the photos). Don't question if you should work with Arrow Bella, just do it.

Great staff, friendly. The only gripe they left the front door open on a hot day. I was sweating while getting my hair cut. Stylist had to keep blowing off and wiping away hair she had just clipped
Raeyvon was amazing! I went to her first and received a treatment and twist on my natural hair and today i took my son to have jis hair treated. She’s always so kind, professional and knows her stuff! She treated our hair with thr best care possible. Serenity Spa is amazing! I came in on 3/24 for a powder dip manicure and was so impressed. The customer service—from the techs to the owner—was warm, professional, and welcoming. My nails came out perfect! I’m going back today for a pedicure and another manicure. I forgot to take a picture of my nails but had one of something I was holding which also captures my nails. So glad I found them—definitely the best nail salon in the DMV!

Lash Moi in Crofton is a five star experience from start to finish. Julie is truly top tier and does a phenomenal job with lashes. She works so quickly, efficiently, and gently that you barely realize someone is working on your eyelashes, and the results are always beautiful.

Jalessia has done my daughters hair over the past 3 years. She is very professional, down to earth and talented. my daughter didn't know what she wanted but Jalessia took her time and showed my daughter so many different styles that would only enhance her beauty. Jalessia is very honest and sincere. Her salon is well kept and clean, great vibes. My daughter is kinda shy but feels so incredibly relaxed with Jalessia. This is the 3rd time I used JLG Builds for a project at my home. That alone should testify to the confidence I have in their craftsmanship and business practices.
My most recent project was a roof replacement. My house is 70+ years old and has gable vents. I interviewed other roofing companies and each insisted that I needed to replace my gable vents with ridge vents. Bryan Gutin, their exterior specialist, thoroughly described their process and explained why my existing gable vents were suitable.
I received 6 estimates for this project and JLG Builds' was comfortably in the midpoint of all the quotes. The work was scheduled promptly and took a full day and a few hours of the next to complete. The crew were hard workers and thoroughly cleaned my yard of debris.
I would definitely use JLG Builds again and confidently recommend them to others.

I hired the Whiting Company to re-roof our church's leaking 32 yr old flat roof. Out of the 6 quotes I got, Whiting was the least and best. Tim Whiting is such a great guy to meet, too. Our church is very grateful for his giving us such a fantastic roof for a fee that our church could afford. They were nearly half the price of the other quotes, yet their workmanship was perfect and the new roof is beautiful!
They made it easy. They were professional and accommodating. When attention was needed it was given, when questions came up they were answered and if there was a problem it was solved. Everyone was great, I would use them again.

It is truly a place of healing. I arrived in such pain I didn't have much hope but after seeing the doctor all hope was restored. Everyone I encountered was a balm to the soul. Thank you all for helping me.
My dog, who was terrified by vet offices, loved the staff. She would panic until she saw the vets. She loved the African American vet, which i unfortunately didn't get her name in my panic, while my pup was in distress. But she made us both feel better in the middle of a terminal event. And then she and the entire staff sent me a card to check on my pup. She didn't survive, but the support meant everything when losing my nanny.
Ps. That last vet was the first in 12 years to make my pup feel comfy in the office cause she experienced parvo as a pup and vets were scary until she met this beautiful lady. In 13 years, she let 1 vet give her a treat and it was this lady. Please come to this clinic.

I visited this place for the first time and did not have an appointment! I am so grateful they take walk ins because I desperately wanted a massage asap. The room was darker than I’m used to but very relaxing, clean and felt comfortable. Overall I enjoyed my massage and have no complaints as Joy was super sweet. Can’t wait to come back for another massage. Oh and prices were very reasonable ?

Holly was my son’s PT and she did an amazing job! Chris and Meghan were great as well. The entire staff was friendly and there was never any issues with scheduling appointments. The entire team is fantastic and I would highly recommend Holly and the entire MedStar Physical Therapy team at the Gambrills-API location.
Everyone you encounter greets you with a smile and hello - friendly inviting open atmosphere. Physical Therapist shows you how to do exercise before she leaves but constantly checks on you - giving you words of encouragement or corrections when necessary.
Grace is such a great healer. Grace listens to you and is very attentive. Her knowledge and ability to figure out how to best care for your individual needs is what makes her a great healer. I've been a patient for over a year and I always walk out feeling fantastic and at peace, usually booking my next appointment before I leave. I can't wait for my next session. I highly recommend Acupuncture By Grace.

I have been seeing Dr.Tran on a nearly weekly basis for the last 2-3 months for cupping and acupuncture. I recommend this practice and Dr. Tran without any reservations. Dr. Tran is so gentle and so very kind. She is empathetic and really takes the time and effort to understand your concerns. She goes above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable and understand the treatment plan. The treatments are customized and tailored.
The facility is spotless, and Dr. Tran takes all necessary precautions to ensure safety and cleanliness. The facility is also very tranquil and serene. I do not hear any outside noise in the treatment rooms. I feel completely at ease and at peace during treatment sessions. Additionally, there is plenty of parking at this location. So, no stress there.
It is easy to schedule and cancel appointments, as the portal is fully operable and robust.
Most importantly, I find the treatments to be effective. I would highly recommend Dr. Tran and AIHG.
