This is a friendly, well-run business, with expert personnel. When the technician recently came for a service call, he explained our particular furnace and compared its condition to other similar units he had worked on, giving us better understanding of what to expect. He also showed my curious husband how many of the parts fit together, and gave us a tip on ordering the odd sized filters that our unit uses. A great company.

Just about the only company around who will actually work on radiant floor heating! Almost everyone else I called who advertises radiant floor heating on their website said no.
