I’ve used W.L. Staton Plumbing 3 times already, and before I left a review, I wanted to ensure it was not a bias opinion. I can assure anyone looking for a plumber or A/C technician there is no service like W.L Statons. Not only did they respond to my request immediately, I had a technician at my house the very next day every single time. Steve, Joe T, Derick and Joe B ALL provided exceptional service and went above and beyond to make sure my needs were not just met, but exceeded. Special shout out to Joe B for working on a leak we had on a Saturday morning and being patient with my children as they wanted to “provide payment” - he is incredible! The installation done done by him and hia team is great, very neat and very smooth. Once completed, he took time to explain what exactly the work is done with the equipment and configuration setting in thermostat. I would recommend his service to a friend.
