I had B&B perform a scheduled HVAC maintenance a week or so ago and I am still impressed! The guy who came, named Dave, truly went above and beyond. Not only was he very kind, he personally cut out a couple of nasty blackberry weed stems (more like branches!) so that he could get to the heat pump to check it I still feel bad about that being there... I knew it was there, though or as big, because I caught glimpse of it just days before and forgotten 😔. Dave was amazing to remove it and was just a delight to have in my home. I feel really glad that I had signed up for B&B's maintenance program!

We've had B&B on a maintenance plan for 8 years. They've been keeping our unit in working order warning us that it was on its last legs. During the recent heat wave, it died. We had to do a full replacement, which is an expensive and stressful venture, especially with our unit located in the attic up a pull down ladder. The B&B team was open and honest about the process and pricing. A single tech worked for days methodically and meticulously. I was incredibly impressed with the install and for all the extra effort put in to keep us informed and educated about the process. As a business owner myself I can honestly say this was a perfect business transaction. Thanks B&B.
