Second time using this service since they always make every effort to repair a unit rather than recommending replacing. Hard workers, very friendly too. Trel (technician) always goes the extra mile.

I've had B&B maintaining my heat pump system for over a decade now. Very reasonable maintenance contracts, and they even did the work replacing my HVAC unit some years ago when my old system started breaking. Their repair folks have always been good, including Trel, who's been keeping my system on twice yearly inspection for a while now.
