The technician was great!Unfortunately, company is poorly managed,they canceled my appointment TWICE and then when they gave me an appointment they showed up 6 HOURS behind schedule!No phone calls
,,no emails that they would be late. I would not recommend them!
My caveat with GAC is that they can be hard to get in touch with - i don't know if its their phone system or difficulty communicating between in-home services and scheduling. BUT once you are in contact with them they respond quickly, schedule quickly, and the techs were very kind and helpful. Matt was very knowledgable and walked me through a lot of details about my water system and suggestions for maintenance, and i'm so grateful that Jaja was able to come out very last minute to help with a big job.
Joaquin and his coworker showed up on time very professional there was an issue with what kind of generator hook up. I want it. I explained it to him and he got the job done to perfection. Not to mention the heavy up that they performed I’m very satisfied with GAC’s work.
