I contacted Nestor once before to repair my ac unit .He let me know upfront that the capacitor being replaced may not be all that my unit required and it could possibly be the motherboard. I appreciated the transparency and heads-up to a possible bigger repair. He let me know the cost upfront before making the repair, and my unit worked with just the capacitor replacement.
