“OMG! This was the best experience ever. From customer service to the bottom of completed the job is top 10 star. Hannah or Anna was so nice and sweet. Her customer service is extraordinary. The other girl too was awrsome. Can't remember her name. I went with no AC for almost 10 days and I swear the wait was all worth it. My wait was not because of the company. I some issues with homeowner insurance but Smith and Company came through and made me the happiest and sstisfied customer. Austin the tech was amazing. Job was fixed so quick and well done.
