Nicholas was professional and very helpful in getting my heater back up and running. The company was able to get my heater running when it went out during the weekend. They scrounged around and found the part within 24 hours.
Had a no heat condition and of course it happened on a Sunday. I was not happy with my previous HVAC contractor so I called the local company, Bethany Air. Got a quick call back and an estimate for a 6PM arrival. But got a later call that Nicholas was available sooner and he arrived at 4:30. He found the issue immediately and also fixed a secondary issue we were not aware of. Total cost was under $300. Very happy with Nicholas and Bethany and would use them again!
My parents air conditioning went out in the dead of summer and they fixed it up very quickly for them. This place also does so much for their community and truly care about helping.
