“I highly recommend 9round for a fun and challenging workout! The exercises are new every day and chosen for you (explained by a trainer if needed) so it really takes away the mental labor required to choose a workout plan on your own. The trainers are all very knowledgeable and kind, they really helped to keep me motivated. As a newbie I learned proper form for many exercises, now that I've moved away I rely on those skills to work out on my own. The only downside to 9round is that it is a high impact exercise, so if you have joint problems it might not be the best fit. But I went 5-6x per week for 6+ months and never had joint pain, so it works for some of us.The gym environment and owners are very welcoming to everyone. Overall it's a wonderful healthy space to work out in!“

The approach to total health and movement is refreshing and Lisa’s ability to navigate in person and virtual settings across multiple clients of diverse backgrounds is incredible. You get a tailored approach to exercise including strength, movement, nutrition, etc at all ages and medical backgrounds and fitness levels. She’s able to do virtual and in person sessions and is extremely cost effective. “My parents who are not fluent in English had difficult time setting up the accounts, and schedules. Lee who works at Olney location was patient and very helpful explaining the steps for my parents. Also, he reached out to me, and explained step by step how to setup the accounts and schedule so that I can explain it to my parents. He was very professional, detailed and polite through out the phone conversation. Furthermore, he text me so that I can reach out to him if I had any questions. This was Above & Beyond and outstanding customer service by Lee. I highly recommend this location.“

“The location is super convenient, the premises is always kept clean both on the floor and in the ladies bathroom and shower room, rarely if ever do I see a machine broken down (which I have in several other locations in MD), the staff members are always smiling and friendly.Only one tiny thing I have noticed though (which has no effect on my rating) is that the manager or whoever resides in the office during middle afternoons always takes time to say hi and speakwith pretty young girls and as a 50+ year old woman it would be nice to get a hello or some type of acknowledgement ☺️“
“Tim is an excellent physical therapist. He is knowledgeable, skilled, and kind. After years of seeing podiatrists, orthopedists, and GPs about various issues, he was able to hone in on the [rather unusual] origins of my problem. In my experience, it is rare for a PT to work so hard to trace back the source of an issue as opposed to merely treating the symptoms. He provides both in-patient relief as well as developing a plan of exercises for me to do at home. We started three months ago and already my walking, standing, foot shape, and foot/knee/hip pain are drastically improved. I'm so lucky to have found him (via a heartfelt and emphatic suggestion from a friend) and am genuinely excited about what the future of our work looks and feels like!“
