Dave's meticulous attention to detail when it comes to your form is something I haven’t experienced anywhere else. I’ve had three personal trainers before Dave and he has by fair motivated me the best. The atmosphere that he creates in his gym is one of positivity, motivation, and perseverance. And his apprentice, Shawn, is also a top tier trainer. I would definitely recommend this gym to anybody looking to take their fitness to the next level. If you have a goal, you will meet it at PowerFit.

Dave is very patient and encouraging, he was the first one ever to motivate me to workout regularly, he did a miracle getting me to do sports.ever since i left him i lost my path and didn’t find the support I used to get from him, hopefully I can return back to him soon.Thanks Dave , miss you .

UPDATE 9/2020 — Gym / Studio is cleaned and sanitized very well. Trainers sanitize equipment before and after each use. You can tell the business thoroughly cares about the health of its members. Primarily by appointment only, it was great to know there would be only 1-3 people there at a time. When I first started in January 2020, I could barely get through 5-10 push-ups total. Now I am flying through plank jacks and 45 push-ups (15 per set), oh and also I now am able to hike nearly 7 miles! David is fantastic and provides a customized workout tailored to each member’s goals. I had to break this month because I am now unemployed. I look forward to the opportunity...read full review
