Steve, the owner of the company, arrived on time and was great. He identified all the issues we had, didn’t upsell anything, and was exactly what I wanted. We discussed the problems, my concerns and he had a ton of knowledge on this topic. He emailed me a quote shortly after with two options. I picked the smart HRV.

Installation day was fantastic, Josh and Sam were extremely professional and very friendly. They were great with our daughter too when she handed them ice lollies! The outcome is that we now have a beautiful HRV installation, delivering the fresh air we need. The warranty on the install is 10 years on parts and 5 years labour, which is fantastic value for the price I paid.

“Huge shout out to Roberto! Our smart thermostat broke after a power outage, and I attempted to wire in a new thermostat on my own. Our AC unit wouldn’t kick on, and I was stumped! I called Shorty’s, but because it was after hours, it would have cost us $300 for the on-call technician just to show up. Roberto listened to my explanation and kindly walked me through how to re-wire the control board properly. If we have any future issues with our HVAC system, I will without a doubt call Shorty’s.“

“Have called Lynn's a couple times for an issue with our air conditioning. They were incredibly helpful and up front about everything going on; explains things so I could understand them. Last fall they'd come out to look at some stuff and were honest about not being able to test the AC given the temperatures outside at the time. They worked with my schedule and arrived promptly when they said they would. They were quick and efficient with the process too.
