“I had a wonderful experience dealing with city wide . The one receptionist I dealt with really knew her stuff and was able to really help me out. Joe was also super helpful with answering my questions. My only issue was the electrician that they use. He was going charge me double to upgrade my panel and we went 2+ months waiting for him in the middle of a very hot summer. Imagine having to turn off your air conditioners to do laundry or use the stove in the extremely hot summer. The day that I was able to speak to him and ask why things were taking so long and why the price was double he gave me attitude and was super rude. At that moment I decided to find my own electrician. They charged me $3900 to upgrade my panel and they did not understand why city wides electrician was charging 6k. They also managed to get my panel upgraded in 3 days start to finish from my hydro application to install.I highly recommend city wide for their professionalism and they really are good at what they do. Jordan my installer was super amazing and answered all my questions.word of advice please shop around for an electrician .i would not advise or recommended the electrician contractor they use!“

“Main sewer line stopped draining in our 110 yr old house. Called Mr. Rooter and Plumbing on Sunday night. They scheduled a plumber for the next morning. Sewer snake couldn't clear blockage. So they brought in a high pressure water jet to clear the blockage.That didn't work either.Turns out the main line collapsed.Mr. Rooter and Plumbing from day one had excellent communication and the plumbers were very educated, polite, and respectful.The Excavation Crew worked very hard and earned every penny they made. Hard, dirty work.It wasn't a cheap repair. Make sure you have Service Line Insurance!!I am very pleased with the professionalism of this company and will definitely promote them!Ps. I have used them at my place of work and had a great experience as well.“

“I called another popular company and they were quoting an appointment for the next day when my water tank was actively leaking even with the main water supply turned off and the supply to the tank turned off. For such a big company, this surprised me and had me nervous that maybe all the other companies were just as busy.I called All City Water Heater Service next and Mike picked up. “Our Furnace broke down early Saturday morning....I tried to contact HVAC service in the south end of Winnipeg. Was not getting any where until I called Fair Service Heating. I was contacted by Mike at Fair Service and he actually attended within the hour. I was surprised by that Fast Service. Unfortunately my furnace needed a new control panel....but with the age of the unit was not worth that repair. I opted for replacing the old furnace. Had a crew attend the following monday morning as promised. Alex and his assistant completed the necessary replacement promptly and very cleanly.
