Derek arrived when he said he would. He was very knowledgeable. He knew exactly what to do to fix my furnace. . His expertise and honesty were very much appreciated and the repair cost was WAY less than I expected.

Our furnace started blowing cold air this morning. I called Reliance around 1p this afternoon and they said they would have a technician here between 4-8p. Dustin showed up an hour past the mark but exceptional knowledge and work. My furnace needed a circuit board and he was able to get one from his van. In and out within 30 min tops. I never timed him but he was fast. Highly recommend. Thanks again Dustin!!

The technicians were very courteous and arrived at the time they promised. They examined the faucet sprayer for RO system and explained the reason and fixed it.They also provided info on how this could be avoided in the future
