“Main sewer line stopped draining in our 110 yr old house. Called Mr. Rooter and Plumbing on Sunday night. They scheduled a plumber for the next morning. Sewer snake couldn't clear blockage. So they brought in a high pressure water jet to clear the blockage.That didn't work either.Turns out the main line collapsed.Mr. Rooter and Plumbing from day one had excellent communication and the plumbers were very educated, polite, and respectful.The Excavation Crew worked very hard and earned every penny they made. Hard, dirty work.It wasn't a cheap repair. Make sure you have Service Line Insurance!!I am very pleased with the professionalism of this company and will definitely promote them!Ps. I have used them at my place of work and had a great experience as well.“

“I called another popular company and they were quoting an appointment for the next day when my water tank was actively leaking even with the main water supply turned off and the supply to the tank turned off. For such a big company, this surprised me and had me nervous that maybe all the other companies were just as busy.I called All City Water Heater Service next and Mike picked up. He asked a few questions and was at my house in about 1.5 hours. In an hour he had our old tank out and a new one in.Mike is efficient but beyond that, he was very pleasant. “This is the 3rd time I've used Red Alert, but the 1st time for the laundry room. I had a clogged laundry/kitchen line. It was the weekend and I decided it was worth the extra $50 to get it done now. Ian was here in 20 minutes. From the time of my call to a cleaned line was exactly 1 hour. The laundry sink has never drained so well. There was even a 10% discount for seniors. Price-Service-Quality. They say you can't get all 3 but these guys seem to be the exception.“
