Ryan K came out to perform a furnace inspection and cleaning -which came to a lot less money than we were expecting! Quite affordable. He was very courteous and efficient, will definitely call Shorty's again if we need furnace maintenance in the future. While he was here he answered all of our questions and explained things easily for us - we had a specific question about our condensate pump/hose and he showed us how it worked, took it apart for us and cleaned it.Service: HVAC system maintenance

OK!! No one has service like this any more!!! Dane was absolutely exceptional to deal with. I have worked in a corporate professional setting for the past 25 years where quality and service are expected but it is often a rarity to still find in other service industries. Not only was Dane early to the call, he was polite, friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and efficient. In addition to excellent service the cost for the repair was reasonable, Dane explained their service model, the cost breakdown and their warranty. Great service for furnace repair from Rick - more than happy to come out on an evening weekend call, arrived on time, knowledgable, and personable fellow! He obviously enjoys his job and it was a pleasure dealing with him. I would definitely recommend Shortys for your repairs.
