Furnace malfunctioned late yesterday. Contacted Mr. Furnace. Reception was polite, professional, honest and upfront with possible problems/solutions, and availability of repair technician. Tech, Evan, arrived first thing this morning. He too was polite, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to diagnose and repair the malfunction(s). He was extremely honest with the information he provided. Repair costs were very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

To start off everyone I dealt with was excellent, polite and professional. All questions were answered with no hesitation.I got my furnace replaced last month and it started as a stressful experience. We had a company try to scam us and up sell us something that we did not need. After hearing about Mr. Furnace, we called and received the proper furnace required and a stress free installation. Could not ask for much more! I will recommend the company to anyone.

A massive thank you to Craig from Mr. Furnace. He did an outstanding job diagnosing and fixing our HRV system and addressing all my questions and concerns regarding our HVAC system. His experience and expertise is outstanding. Thank you Joel as well for arranging Craig to come out. I am now a customer for life for all my HVAC needs. I truly appreciate the honesty and professionalism that Craig provided at our home. 5 stars!
