My gas fireplace needed repair. Shaun arrived and he was terrific!He is very professional, thorough, careful with the surroundings and has a pleasant personality. I cannot say adequate good things about him. Thanks Shaun for all your thoughtfulness.The previous day a technician was to be here between 12-4pm.He never showed. I called the office shortly after 4pm and was told that the repairman could not make it. I was irritated that the office never called earlier to advise me. I would have given a 3 star rating but because of Shaun I rated 5. Thanks Shaun Evelyn
Technician Nikki Briggs came to do my furnace maintenance and check up. ✔️ courteous, friendly, and very knowledgeable. I would 100 percent call again. If you haven't got your furnace checked I highly recommend.
Had our furnace break down yesterday called furnasman at 945 and within the hour we had Nikki diagnosing our furnace she determined it was the blower motor she was able to come back first thing this morning with repair part and our home warming up again!Very professional, polite, courteous and friendly
