Professional service provided by Dallas; he performed a thorough examination of my furnace. Dallas spoke to me in laymen terms so there was no misunderstanding on what needed to be done. I had every confidence in the work that was conducted; it was done in a timely and efficient manner.
We just had a great experience with Lynn's heating and cooling to replace our furnace. All of the staff that we worked with were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional as we went through the whole process. They ensured that we had the information that we needed to make a good decision for our family and went above and beyond to complete the agreement and installation and accommodated our needs, even on short notice! We would highly recommend them for any of your HVAC needs! Very pleased. Their prices were highly competitive, but it was their customer service that helped to make our decision to work with them.
Very pleased with my experience with a new furnace installation. I didn't feel like I was being rushed into something I couldn't afford, and wasn't sold a bunch of extras.The estimator worked to stay within my budget and even providing an upgrade at no additonal cost. Installation crew was on time, very friendly and very accomodating when I asked to move my thermostat. The work space was left very clean and all trash was removed and the crew made sure I had a clear walk through the ins and outs of a new high efficiency furnace. Highly recommend.
