As a first time homebuyer, I am glad I this company. They have installed a new furnace and water heater for me, and I have absolutely no complaints. They show up on time, they answer all my questions, and there are no hidden fees or misunderstandings with them. I would absolutely recommend going with Brown's for all your needs.
I had several plumbing issues that needed resolving ASAP so I called Brown's Plumbing & Heating again, as they had fixed my shower faucet leak last year and Stephan had done a super great job at a reasonable price. Brown's were able to dispatch a plumber to attend about an hour later.Marvin diagnosed my two plumbing issues and discovered that there were a few more problems that needed attention. He gave me a reasonable quote and explained all of my options clearly. After approving, he got to work immediately and properly took care of each of the issues. Dylan arrived promptly and completed our plumbing MVP inspection. He recommended two fixes which he did with our approval. It has been great to have this inspection to catch small things that needed to be fixed before they became bigger problems. Loving MVP program. Thank you!
