We contacted Service Right Now when our furnace stopped working in the middle of the winter. A representative showed up same day to take a look and it was determined that we needed to replace the furnace. They provided us with room heaters to use until our new furnace that we selected was in, and they installed it in a timely matter. We contacted them again the following year for a new air conditioner. The Service Right Now team has provided us with friendly, professional and timely service. Buying a new furnace and air conditioner can be stressful enough, but they made the process comfortable and stress free. 10/10 recommend!!
I have been with this company now for about 4 years on their monthly maintenance plan. They have been great conducting timely annual inspections and on two occasions dealing with more serious problems. With the monthly plan those. see repairs were fully covered. Plus they dealt with the issues very promptly.I would Definitely recommend the monthly protection coverage.
Anyone reading this should know we have been with this company for a long time and hope to stay with them for a VERY long time….It started over 10 years ago when our old AC unit packed it in on a July long weekend. It just happened to be a holiday, the hottest day in a long time and we had a number of international guests staying with us. SRN was the ONLY HVAC company that picked up the phone AND promised quick assistance. All others either ignored call or said they couldn’t help - sorry! Mark promptly arrived, took a good look at our old unit and informed me he thought he could keep it going a few more years! ( I was sure of a sell job for a new one).
