Showed up on time and provided lots options (repair my old furnace or install a new furnace). We elected to get a new furnace in the end… Installer was down a person and did it all himself and was very meticulous with his work. Has answered any questions I had after the install.
Noris Heating was quick to schedule a service call with us after our furnace was making questionable noises. Norm was very professional and outlined our options without pressure. Norm and Mo installed my new Lennox furnace. Very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Helped me decide where to vent new furnace, explained all the features. They put down drop clothes and removed all the old furnace, piping etc. Very professional. Noris replaced the water heater in the spring and I was very impressed. I will be using Noris to replace my A/C (30 years old) in the spring. Good job guys.
