Shelly(I think her name is) answered my call at 10:35pm to schedule a tank replacement as ours failed sometime in the evening. She was knowledgeable and courteous and called me back inside of 5 minutes to say a serviceman would be here within the hour. Jordan arrived about 15 minutes after that call. Jordan inspected an didn’t try to upsell us on anything we didn’t need (as in a chimney liner since ours is already 4inch). He was efficient an had the tank changed quickly and left the work area clean. Once he finished he explained how to light the pilot light and went over all the warranty details. I had a wonderful experience dealing with city wide . The one receptionist I dealt with really knew her stuff and was able to really help me out. Joe was also super helpful with answering my questions. My only issue was the electrician that they use. He was going charge me double to upgrade my panel and we went 2+ months waiting for him in the middle of a very hot summer. Imagine having to turn off your air conditioners to do laundry or use the stove in the extremely hot summer. The day that I was able to speak to him and ask why things were taking so long and why the price was double he gave me attitude and was super rude. My water rank started leaking so it was an emergency plus a stressful day. I contacted City Wide in the morning and they were able to come out the same day. My service tech's name was Ferdy...he contacted me and was able to come approximately 1 hr early, thank you. He inspected the old one and determined it had to be replaced. Did a great job explaining everything and answering all my questions and concerns, ensured he hadn't damaged anything and also cleaned up after the job was completed. He took the old one outside so it could be picked up as arranged....it was picked up within 48 hrs as promised.Service was professional and well done and I highly recommend this company.
