Our Furnace broke down early Saturday morning....I tried to contact HVAC service in the south end of Winnipeg. Was not getting any where until I called Fair Service Heating. I was contacted by Mike at Fair Service and he actually attended within the hour. I was surprised by that Fast Service. Unfortunately my furnace needed a new control panel....but with the age of the unit was not worth that repair. I opted for replacing the old furnace. Had a crew attend the following monday morning as promised. Alex and his assistant completed the necessary replacement promptly and very cleanly. I had reason to phone Fair Service as our furnace was not working. Felix sent Alex to attend to our problem. I have so many words of praise for the work that Alex performed and his easy going manner. Alex answered every question I posed to him in a respectful way {I did have a lot of questions.}. Excellent service! Great job Alex! Fair Service had initially installed our high efficiency furnace in 2014. I without a doubt would highly recommend this company for any HVAC service.Ronnie Osadchuk
