I saw their ad about a year ago and contacted them for an HRV. Recently, we called them again to update our water heater and furnace with brand-new units. Unfortunately, the new water tank had a manufacturing issue, but they handled it perfectly. They went back to the dealer and replaced it with a new water heater without any hassle.
