I went to Salon 57 to have my hair highlighted and it was the best highlight I have ever had, it looks so natural. Tina is absolutely amazing, she is so knowledgeable with color. I had a sudden bout of tinnitus and after visiting my doctor they recommend an Audiologist to check for any hearing loss. After a restless night, on 2 hours of sleep I woke to the ringing in my ears and came across Dr. Holden’s office via google after seeing her great reviews. I called promptly that morning and she had an opening where she was able to squeeze me in to give me an audio exam and to check my ears, etcetera. She was very professional, explained the process with clarity, and maintained a genuine interest to understand and provide any resolves within her capacity. It was a pleasant experience than ran smoothly.

When i walked in, Shannon is very welcoming and has a great smile to everyone coming. She welcomed me and even if she had a client she showed me where the bathroom was and water and place to sit and in a timely way went to finish and clean up. This was my first time to get lashes and it was great even the whole time while doing my lashes and they came out beautiful.

In general, I sort of dread my trips to the hair salon because the result just never seems to be what I want, and I always leave looking the same as when I went in, even though I always say I want a new look. Well, I decided to give Fantasy Hair Design a try today. I was in desperate need of a good haircut and style, and for the first time, a permanent color to hide my grays. I brought some pictures of myself that were taken some 25 years ago, and I showed them to my stylist, Kaitlyn McCarthy. I wanted to return to shorter, more manageable lengths for my kinky, curly hair. She listened attentively to what I wanted. She gave me a thorough consulation and offered a color suggestion. The end result? Aside from a few more wrinkles and some extra pounds, I look exactly the way I looked in those pictures 25 years ago. I never bother to write reviews, but Kaitlyn deserves this because this is the best haircut I have received in decades, and the colors she chose and combined were perfect for my complexion. Joe and his staff installed a heat pump and mini-split in my open-space living and dining room. They were fabulous to work with. The project went very smoothly from helping me choose the applicable heat pump to installing both inside and outside units and coordinating with my electrician. Marciano Plumbing also fixed my boiler, which another plumber told me could not be repaired. It's working fine. I would definitely recommend Marciano Plumbing & Heating!
Three generations have serviced our boiler and hot water heater competently. And when there's a crisis (like flood from old water heater) they respond super-fast, even on weekends and holidays. The one time they made a mistake they came back and fixed it for no charge. Very nice people.
GS Pro Plumbing was the most professional plumbing company I've ever used. George communicated throughout the entire process and worked with me to find the best solution to my problem. We scheduled the date and he showed up on time and meticulously took care of the project. I feel very secure that George did the best possible job fixing our shower valves. I will definitely be using GS Pro Plumbing again and will recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing work done.

Mark was able to stop very quickly, changed the old valve, checked the adjacent pipes for potential problems, and even offered to change my drinking water filters. During the visit he was very courteous and informative. I was curious about the work and he took the time to explain how things work (with examples!) he did a great job and cannot recommend him highly enough.
This establishment will make a repair before they sell you an entire new heating system. They are honest and trustworthy people who've been in buisness for over 50 years, have an A+ Rating with the Better Buisness Bureau and are very good at what they do. If you need a good plumber than these are the folks you need to be speaking to.

They managed a complicated electrical 6-gang panel in our HOA that involved coordination with 6 unit owners, HOA trustees, National Grid, and the city of Medford. Mike, the project manager, was communicative and persistent during the planning process. His team happily stayed on site for 15 hours to see the project to completion. I would work with them again.
We had an over 40-year old cross-stitch that was yellow with green letters. It had hung on the kitchen wall for decades. It was stained in grease, dirt, etc. We sent it off to Regal. We spoke with David of Regal and knew the risks of potential bleeding on the green letters etc. on the cross-stitch. We shipped it from Charleston to Woburn MA. It is as good as new. David kept us informed and communicated with us the whole time. Fantastic business and people who take their craft seriously and take good care of other's family pieces. We are very grateful.

I have been a customer of Gerrior Masonry and Landscape for about 8 years. They have always been professional and reasonably priced. Our first experience was for them to fix a retaining wall and paver walkway botched by 2 other landscapers. They did an fantastic job matching the current pavers and stonework used. Most importantly, the area was finally functional and beautiful. This year we took on a large renovation project. Our outside work included a large stone wall (jointless with connecticut fieldstone hand cut), a main walkway to the home, replanting garden beds, window well retaining wall made of cobbles and granite, granite mailbox post, plus fixing our sprinkler system. The whole team was top notch in their professional skills, communication was timely and often with the owner of the company as Joe is heavily involved in every project. We have had numerous challenging experiences with contractors during this renovation project, but Gerrior Masonry was incredible every step of the way. Called to have some large branches that were touching my roof removed. Pam came out the next day to do an estimate. She was very nice and knew exactly what needed to come down. The price was very reasonable and within a week the workers were at my house. They also knew exactly how far back to go. Because my tree is in the back of my house it was just easier for Ben (I think thats his name) to climb my tree. He cut everything down and by the time he came down the guy that stayed on the ground had almost everything already out front at the chipper. They were fast and efficient and did a great job. Will definitely be calling for my 2 pine trees!

Just got 6 teeth removed. Previously got all the others out there as well. Both times the nurse was extremely kind and caring. The dentist himself was very professional and got the job done. For some reason my body has always reacted differently to medications than most people, the novicane was not working well. I could feel a lot of the pain in my jaw but he was very patient with me and explained he could not give me more it was now or never. I managed to deal with it and he got it done quickly. I appreciate his patience. Very good at his job.

Dr Moramarco is wonderful I go in for maintenance and I’ve been pain free since. The Staff in the office is the best and truly care and makes a point to ask about family also. I highly recommend if you’re in pain make an appointment and you be a patient for life as I am.
After ‘graduating’ physical therapy, I could not figure out how to play tennis without pain. I had seen a specialist, gotten an MRI, had a cortisone shot, been doing accupuncture and strength training. Then I found John Marchese who figured out the root problem and re-wired how my brain connected to my feet. Now I am back to playing 4 times/week! I wish I had known of him sooner!

I wish I could, seems small and caring, 1 vet. Unfortunately they're NOT taking on any new clients it says on voice-mail. Maybe will retire after pets on books aren't needing of services, but just a guess cus been in business for decades!!
Dr. Parsley is incredible - the surgery she performed on my boy saved him, and I am forever thankful to her. No matter how many times I called or sent emails, Dr. Parsley or someone from her team replied and was always helpful. Kara C., was the best tech and took so much time with us. I cannot speak highly enough about Mass Vet!

I had an excellent experience at Elements Massage from start to finish. Emma at the front desk is an absolute sweetheart — welcoming, kind, and genuinely cares about making sure you feel comfortable the moment you walk in. She sets the tone for the entire place and does an amazing job.
My massage with Wes was outstanding. He’s incredibly skilled, attentive, and clearly takes pride in his work. Beyond being a great massage therapist, he’s just a really good human being — professional, thoughtful, and tuned in to what your body actually needs. I left feeling noticeably better and more relaxed than when I came in.

Annie is amazing! You can tell she really enjoys her job because she has the most positive and welcoming energy. She has worked wonders for my back pain, she listens, and checks in throughout the massage.
The spa isn't fancy but it's nicely decorated and calming. I recommend booking ahead of time, though they've been quite accommodating with my walk-ins. Lastly, the prices are great for the quality of service.
