The first thing I noticed was how clean the salon was. It was beautiful and basically spotless. Karen was kind and removed the nails quickly. I appreciated that she warned me about the hot towels, which was also a nice touch. Overall, I felt comfortable and that the service was done well and for a reasonable pride.
If I end up needing nails again, I can see myself returning here. A better experience that my last two salon visits.

They did such a great job on my nails! It took less than an hour, they started as soon as I arrived, and the whole environment was so relaxing. The set lasted 3 weeks until my next appointment too. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous interior and such a relaxing atmosphere. If you prefer long acrylic or extension style nails, this probably is not the best fit since they specialize more in natural nails, gel manicures, and shorter styles. That said, they give some of the best pedicures around. They are thorough, relaxing, and consistently well done. The prices are on the higher side, but if you are looking for an excellent pedicure in a relaxing setting, it is definitely worth a visit.

The salon is beautiful and very comfortable reclining chair to have your service done in. Grace was excellent, she gave me realistic expectations on lash lift and tint since my lashes were short. She also offered suggestions for growing them. My brows look amazing and curious to see how long the tint and lamination will hold. If it does I'll be back!

In general, I sort of dread my trips to the hair salon because the result just never seems to be what I want, and I always leave looking the same as when I went in, even though I always say I want a new look. Well, I decided to give Fantasy Hair Design a try today. I was in desperate need of a good haircut and style, and for the first time, a permanent color to hide my grays. I brought some pictures of myself that were taken some 25 years ago, and I showed them to my stylist, Kaitlyn McCarthy. I wanted to return to shorter, more manageable lengths for my kinky, curly hair. She listened attentively to what I wanted. She gave me a thorough consulation and offered a color suggestion. The end result? Aside from a few more wrinkles and some extra pounds, I look exactly the way I looked in those pictures 25 years ago. I never bother to write reviews, but Kaitlyn deserves this because this is the best haircut I have received in decades, and the colors she chose and combined were perfect for my complexion. On a more personal note, Kaitlyn was professional yet pleasant and personable, and she and I held a wonderful conversation throughout the appointment. Thank you, Kaitlyn! Marciano installed our mini splits. Great experience. They showed up on the days and times they promised. Bad weather delayed their progress, so they stayed an extra day until the job was finished (most other contractors would have moved on to the next job and then came back when they had time). Honored their original quote. Clean work, and cleaned up when they were done. We could not have hoped for a better situation. Well-run company.
Three generations have serviced our boiler and hot water heater competently. And when there's a crisis (like flood from old water heater) they respond super-fast, even on weekends and holidays. The one time they made a mistake they came back and fixed it for no charge. Very nice people.
GS Pro Plumbing was the most professional plumbing company I've ever used. George communicated throughout the entire process and worked with me to find the best solution to my problem. We scheduled the date and he showed up on time and meticulously took care of the project. I feel very secure that George did the best possible job fixing our shower valves. Showed up quickly to our house to fix a spigot issue. They fixed it in less than an hour. They didn’t make us pay for the quote and their price was very affordable.
We had a hot water valve leaking below our kitchen sink.
Mark was able to stop very quickly, changed the old valve, checked the adjacent pipes for potential problems, and even offered to change my drinking water filters. During the visit he was very courteous and informative. I was curious about the work and he took the time to explain how things work (with examples!) he did a great job and cannot recommend him highly enough.

They are honest and trustworthy people who've been in buisness for over 50 years, have an A+ Rating with the Better Buisness Bureau and are very good at what they do. I had a great experience with Nardone. They managed a complicated electrical 6-gang panel in our HOA that involved coordination with 6 unit owners, HOA trustees, National Grid, and the city of Medford. Mike, the project manager, was communicative and persistent during the planning process. His team happily stayed on site for 15 hours to see the project to completion. I would work with them again.
We had an over 40-year old cross-stitch that was yellow with green letters. It had hung on the kitchen wall for decades. It was stained in grease, dirt, etc. We sent it off to Regal. We spoke with David of Regal and knew the risks of potential bleeding on the green letters etc. on the cross-stitch. We shipped it from Charleston to Woburn MA. It is as good as new. David kept us informed and communicated with us the whole time. Fantastic business and people who take their craft seriously and take good care of other's family pieces. We are very grateful.

I have been a customer of Gerrior Masonry and Landscape for about 8 years. They have always been professional and reasonably priced. Our first experience was for them to fix a retaining wall and paver walkway botched by 2 other landscapers. They did an fantastic job matching the current pavers and stonework used. Most importantly, the area was finally functional and beautiful. This year we took on a large renovation project. Our outside work included a large stone wall (jointless with connecticut fieldstone hand cut), a main walkway to the home, replanting garden beds, window well retaining wall made of cobbles and granite, granite mailbox post, plus fixing our sprinkler system. The whole team was top notch in their professional skills, communication was timely and often with the owner of the company as Joe is heavily involved in every project. We have had numerous challenging experiences with contractors during this renovation project, but Gerrior Masonry was incredible every step of the way. My experience with Kelley Tree Service was nothing short of excellent. Their quote was reasonable; they worked with me on scheduling; They arrived on time; worked quickly and safely; cleaned up after they left; and coordinated stump removal and grinding that took place at a later date.
We had a few trees that were rotting and a few others that were shading our roof. They were a great crew! Came in, removed 7 trees, most had to go up and over the house! They cleaned everything up like they weren’t even here.
Called to have some large branches that were touching my roof removed. Pam came out the next day to do an estimate. She was very nice and knew exactly what needed to come down. The price was very reasonable and within a week the workers were at my house. They also knew exactly how far back to go. Because my tree is in the back of my house it was just easier for Ben (I think thats his name) to climb my tree. He cut everything down and by the time he came down the guy that stayed on the ground had almost everything already out front at the chipper. They were fast and efficient and did a great job. Will definitely be calling for my 2 pine trees!
Eddie and his crew came to remove a bunch of trees from our Condo complex. His team was efficient and exceeded expectations. Not only did they take down what we discussed but also recommended and used judgement to trim additional branches to keep the trees healthy.

I have seen chiropractors for over a decade now and it's always felt like they spend 10 minutes on you...crack like three places, require you to come 3x a week, and then send you on your way.
This is the best chiropractic place I've ever had. They spend 30 minutes on you...adjusting, massaging, trigger points, warm pads, electrolysis, and exercises. You pay your co-payment and for $20 more you get all of that. My appointment is different every time depending on what is bothering my body that day. I have fibro, so that varies day-to-day.

The greatest massage therapy in Woburn. Ying and Ada are great at what they do and are very kind. I put my body, particularly my back and shoulders, through the wringer at work and they help me stay straight and pain free. I’d recommend them to anyone with similar pain or anyone looking to relax.
