We had to come in twice this week, once for a surgical consult on our puppy (they were so good with our pup) and once for an emergency with our cat. Both times I felt heard, and my pets got top notch care. The pup is scheduled for her surgery and the cat is doing well now. We are just about to pick her up.
Our experience with Mass Vet became necessary due to the abject incompetence of multiple veterinarians in so. New Hampshire. The staff there,primarily in the internal medicine department, not only saved his life but extended. His life, while improving his quality of life and we will be forever grateful for the unmatched level of care he received there over the course of many visits.
This place was wonderful for helping us with our dog, Keera, when she was repeatedly vomiting all weekend. They were friendly, supportive, and responsive to our questions. The wait was a little long but worth it.
