Derek waterproofed my bulkhead a few years ago. We used to get water into the basement from it during every rain storm.After he waterproofed it, we never got water through it again. It's been years and we have had some crazy rains.Today we had the worst rain storm I've seen in the last 15 years. All my neighbors are pumping water from their basements, but not I. I am just here leaving this review.I am very satisfied with Derek's work and would recommend it 100%.

After 8 months of carefully growing out my fiancé’s curly hair like it was some kind of rare botanical experiment, we finally decided it was time to take him to his barber shop. Everything was going great until we were seated with Yuli.
We asked “keep everything curly, just trim the length”. She asked for an inspiration picture. I’m actually grateful I didn’t give her one because I have a feeling it might’ve turned into more of a creative interpretation than an actual recreation.
About halfway through the haircut, Yuli picks up the electric razor and just starts taking random chunks out of his hair. Not trimming. Not shaping. Just full-on landscaping. At this point I’m sitting there absolutely mortified, but we’re trying to trust the process.
We should not have trusted the process.
I had to stare at the floor because every time I glanced up it looked like she was losing a fight with a hedge trimmer. Even my fiancé refused to look in the mirror. By the end of it, I’m pretty sure my face was cycling through the five stages of grief.
Finally she finishes, and I look at the final result.
It’s a crap show.
Nothing is blended. Parts are shaved to the skin. Other parts are just… there. The cut was sloppy and my fiancé looked like someone tried to give him three different hairstyles at the same time.
Now normally we might’ve just laughed it off… except my fiancé has an extremely important interview in 48 hours. So this was not just a bad haircut. This was a full DEFCON 1 hair emergency. We went in hoping for a clean, professional trim and left looking like we needed a crisis management team.
Another barber tried to comfort him with “it fits your face shape.” It did not. If a barber starts emotionally supporting you instead of complimenting the haircut, that’s when you know it’s bad.
While my fiancé paid, I had to walk outside because I could feel myself about to cry in the middle of the shop.
The second we got to the car, I lost it and start uncontrollably sobbing. The haircut is awful. He’s missing chunks of hair. The sides and back were shaved straight to the skin instead of being trimmed down to shape the curls, leaving only the top curly. The end result made him look like a teenage Irish boy who just discovered hair gel in 2007.
And if you know anything about curly hair, you know it takes approximately 47 business years for it to grow back properly, which made the situation that much more stressful.
On top of that, she criticized the way he takes care of his hair… which is bold coming from someone who just assaulted it with clippers.
When we got home we called the shop to explain how unhappy we were. Thankfully the owner handled it incredibly well. He immediately said this was not an acceptable haircut for his business and asked us to come back so he could fix it.
He gave us a full refund and did his best to reshape what was left of the hair. Matt and John were both incredibly kind and genuinely cared about fixing the situation. Both of them even said the quality of that cut was not what they expect from their barbers.
So thank you to Matt and John for saving the day and for doing damage control on what can only be described as The Great Curly Hair Massacre of 2026.
Edit: My fiancé went and got his hair recut again. They were so accommodating. He offered to pay, but they refused. Thank you for helping us with the Curly Hair Massacre of 2026. 10/10 would recommend all of the barbers, except for Yuli.

Erica is AMAZING! My eyes typically water because of the fumes sand my retention doesn’t last as ling because I have an oily lid. Her application has been a complete game changer. CMS Plumbing recently came out to perform the annual cleaning on our heating system, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. Well let me just say the have a NEW LOYAL CUSTOMER. Most recently one of the tenants that I had complained about a clog thier bathroom sink. I called the company that we have used forever. They sent thier guy who couldnt unclog the drain because he said the pipes were old and I would need to cut open the wall and have a plumber service the clog. The plumber came and looked and told me that it is an old T line connection and that the pipe is in good standing and they need to come back and unclog it. I then called the old company on saturday about it which the woman in the office was so incredible rude to me that I told her to send me my final invoices and I would pay them. She told me that I didn't know what I was talking about.... We have owned the building over fifty years and my family was in construction. I called my plumber Paul and he told me to call Drains by James..... So I Did!!!!!! I couldn't have been more happy! Kyle showed up who got it done in 10 mins and guess what he used to work for that other company and new the building well. I am so happy for Drains by James and KYLE they have a new customer..... THANK YOU DRAINS BY JAMES!
My basement toilet and shower were not draining and we started to see puddles of water, as well as some water under the vinyl flooring. Then we noticed water puddles around the toilet as well. So we thought the main drain was probably clogged.
We called KP Drains in the morning at around 8 am, they got back to me in about 15 min, and told me they could get someone in between 11 - 1 pm. I waited and called back and they told me that someone canceled and there can be someone there soon.
Mike came in and inspected the issues and found that our hypothesis was correct. He was respectful and diligent to clear out everything from the clog using a snake including cleaning up the roots. Mike also recommended just checking again next year to see how fast the roots grow back.
We really appreciated the speed and efficiency of KP Drains. The price was very reasonable and we enjoyed the customer service. Would definitely use them and recommend them for your needs.

I have three herniated discs and arthritic pain up and down my back. I had tried PT for over a year and couldn’t get much relief. My back was all knotted up and tight as can be. I finally tried deep-tissue messages. After two visits with Britt, I knew I was on the right track and gained some mobility and relief from a lot of discomfort I had been dealing with. I’m happy to say after working with Britt for a few months now I feel somewhat normal and I can finally do a lot of the things my back pain was keeping me from doing. The place is very well-kept and clean and the staff is great!

Courtney is an excellent licensed massage therapist who is professional but very personable . She cares about my personal wellbeing and provides the treatment that is best for me. Her office is beautifully decorated and creates a calming and relaxing atmosphere.I highly recommend Courtney!
