Julie is my hairdresser & she's the best & very friendly & knowledgeable even when I was @ the hospital & they pumped me up with potassium & magnesium she took over 5hrs to try to fix my hair & she didn't over charge me. I would never leave to go to another salon, I've been with Julie for so many yrs. She always tries to get my purple streaks perfect, even though my hair doesn't want it to stay in?! & Julie knows how much my hair means to me especially having cancer & if I ask for a trim every yr that's what she does! I love the boutique vibe and the small town feel of Socias. The entire team has been so nice and even accommodating to our family, which is only relocated in Burlington. Maureen, the owner, speaks Spanish and was instantly preferred by my MIL. She was even so gracious to come to our home and cut/style my MIL's hair once she was physically unable to for hair appointments. I can't thank her enough for that special blessing. When a lady is used to going to the salon and really makes her feel good, there's nothing like a stylist that makes it happen at home, despite the circumstances. Outside of this extreme kindness, we have always had good experiences with Sheila and Diane. I have had cuts by Sheila - she keeps me looking young and fun :) my daughters both got their back to school cuts with Diane this year. Although it was very clear she doesn't regularly do kids hair, she made it work and they loved how they felt and looked when we left. Every time I go to socias, I enjoy seeing the patrons interact with the staff & I feel like I am welcome and part of something.

I’ve been going to see Moni for about 3(?) maybe 4 years now and she is INCREDIBLE! She is beyond talented, delightful to talk to, and just an all around amazing person! The entire staff is welcoming as well, which is great. The salon is clean, bright, and inviting. I’ve brought my two daughters in 1-2 times per year as a treat for them to get nail services with other nail techs, and the nail techs for them are so patient and also incredibly talented. My girls leave so happy every time and ask to come back in 4 weeks with me (lol). Moni is a master at design, although I typically am boring/basic, but when I shock her with something different and slays and knocks it out the park each time! Totally worth it, prices are reasonable and they actually care about your nail health—which I’ve never witnessed in any other nail salon. I recommend this nail salon and Moni to EVERYONE!

Chevron cleared a tub/shower drain that had been slow for years and over the last few months had become nearly stopped. Because there was a lot of old build-up in the pipes, it took a long time to fix, but they kept at it and now it's like new. I really appreciated Jared's hard work and would definitely hire Chevron again.
Very happy with Chase Plumbing and I would use them again. We had a bit of a plumbing emergency and within 24 hours, they were able to get me an appointment and a new toilet to replace the shattered one resulting in my poor decision at DIY work at home. Use the professionals, kids.
Eddie just finished replacing a faucet on our bathroom sink. The project was not straight forward and required a skilled plumber to work through challenging obstacles. Eddie is very talented and stayed within the quoted budget. On top of that, he is thoughtful and a pleasure to speak to. I will definitely be calling Eddie again the next time we have any plumbing issues.
I’ve been a Denommee customer for a number of years now. They service my high efficiency boiler and last summer they installed a heat pump/ac after my old direct ac died. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Denommee is professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and responsive. The company shows when they say they will, calls when delays happen and does great work. They also are very quick to fix any issues they caused and since you won’t ever find perfection out there, that’s a quality in an installer/service provider! I highly recommend Denommee!

I put in a call to Frank O'reilly and he returned my call later that day. I told him what I thought the problem was - faulty circuit breaker - and he asked me to text him some photos of the circuit breaker and the outlet it was for. He had me do a few other minor tasks as he tried to assess what the problem was. He said he would come out the next morning and he did. He was able to quickly assess what the real problem was - an old outlet box - and he was able to fix it in a short time. He was also a very friendly person and was enjoyable to talk with while he solved the problem. I am happy to now have a reliable electrician I can call when I have electrical problems that need a professional. I give Frank O'reilly my highest recommendation.

I've had my carpets cleaned a few times before, usually at different prices, but the results were never that great. Most of the time, there was cleaning solution left behind, and in just a few days, my carpets looked dirty again—sometimes even worse than before. I thought this was just how it was, so I always picked the cheaper options. When it was time to clean my carpets again, I almost decided to just replace them. Then I found Superb Burlington Carpet Cleaning and talked to Kaleb about what had happened in the past. He explained that I should expect much better results. The price was a bit higher than what I’d paid before, but it turned out to be completely worth it. My carpets and even the floor tiles looked almost brand new after the cleaning. I won’t call anyone else from now on!

Easily the best experience I’ve had with contractors. Not only did the project stay on schedule and on budget, but the work was exactly what we hoped for - top of the line in all respects. Brian was an excellent on site manager and great communicator. It was also easy to see progress and know what to expect thanks to the online platform (the great documentation of the process will also come in handy if we ever have to make repairs or adjustments in the future). Overall, our finished basement looks better than we ever hoped it would and in all respects, is better constructed than the rest of our house!

I hardly ever take the time to write reviews, but JRs Landscaping & Sons truly deserve it. We’ve been using them for our weekly lawn maintenance for several years, and they always do a great job. Recently, I decided to use them for a front step repair/remodel they completely exceeded our expectations. Our new front steps look incredible, and I can’t get over what a fantastic job they did. They were meticulous, cleaned up beautifully, and even repositioned the bricks on our walkway and added new sand underneath at no additional cost — totally above and beyond. It’s so rare to find a team this hardworking, honest, and kind. The project price was also incredibly reasonable for the size of the job. We are so thankful for everything they’ve done for us and can’t recommend them highly enough! We will continue to use them for all of our landscaping and hardscaping needs going forward.

I have been using Caruso's landscaping business for years after being recommended his business through personal connections. The work performed is nothing short of pristine. This business has existed for over twenty years for a reason. It requires immense collaboration between many sub contractors as it's impossible to do everything on your own. The competition charges an arm and a leg compared to Caruso and Caruso's work has been tailored and he will see to it that the work is completed before providing a single bill.
I had to have a deep cleaning done at the office and while I was not looking forward to the procedure, Dr Awad made the situation pain free and comfortable. He reassured me if I felt any pain he would stop immediately. The procedure was done in 2 sessions and I was fine to go about my day.
No anxiety about having this done in the future.

Just started my treatment plan with this office but I can tell already that it will be a very positive experience. The whole intake process was impressive. The amount of time they spend listening and understanding your concerns. I've never had that experience before at other Chiropractic offices. The office staff is so warm and welcoming, Mary and Christina are super friendly and it's just a very family type environment.

I was emotionally stressed several times during my treatment. The doctor always notices that somehow. A few weeks ago, I had one of the worst headaches of my life. It is not unusual for me to have migraines, but normally my prescription medication will work to help alleviate the pain. That time it didn't! I was in excruciating pain - so much pain that it caused me to throw up. I didn't feel better after throwing up and was ready to go to the ER but couldn't stand the thought of having to sit in a waiting room. Instead, I called Dr. Amato and my husband drove me to see her. When I first got there, I threw up again, but still felt horrible afterwards. Dr. Amato felt around for which bones were out of alignment then she adjusted me. I immediately started to feel better after being adjusted. My husband couldn't believe it! It was truly amazing how fast the pain went away. It was about 85-90% gone minutes after the adjustment then 100% gone within the hour. I would highly recommend Dr. Amato for treatment of headaches, reoccurring ear infections, and more.
