The person who drew my blood was so gentle that I could barely feel it. I have been going to Brittany at Salon TL for years and the reason is because she is a magician. She can take my naturally curly hair, color it beautifully and even straighten it so it is like having a new hairdo. I am always receiving compliments.

I have been searching for a hair salon for a while now and I think I finally may have found the one. I came here a few yrs ago and it was ok. But I decided to try them again and I had Alahna. She was fantastic! I love the color and she was great at cross checking my hair (which but everyone does). But the icing on the cake is that the chairs at the hair washing stations are massaging! Just like the pedicure chairs at nail salons, but not at harsh lol! Unfortunately she will be going to Beverly, which is a little too far for me. But I'm sure I'll end up with another great stylist! Salon is huge, spacious, and the assistants were constantly sweeping the floors, very clean!
I would recommend calling them for pricing though, as their website pricing is not updated and I ended up spending at least $50 more than what I planned on. But that's ok, because now I know what to expect and can plan my next services accordingly. Can't wait to be back!

Christine is the best around. I refuse to let anyone else touch my hair, even if it means I have to wait to get a haircut. This might not mean much to most guys, but to have someone who knows your hair and how you like it means you will come out with the perfect haircut each time. I travel from Boston to get my hair cut by Christine, and I still won't think about seeing anyone else.

I brought my three daughters here, and we had such a great experience! ?? Two of them got dip with gel and designs, and one chose regular polish. The women at the salon were so kind and did a fabulous job on all of their nails. The designs were detailed and beautiful, and the regular polish looked perfect too. My girls were thrilled with the results, and we will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been seeing Nancy for about 4 years now and she does my lashes and nails - I’m obsessed with my lashes every time (darker and thicker the better for me) and she does them so quick without sacrificing the quality. I also recently got my nails done and they last for 2-3 weeks every time, pics attached are the inspo and the reality :) looks identical to me!

Great curly cut for kids! Brought my daughter here to get a curly hair specific cut after some bad kid cuts and couldn’t be happier—her curls have held up beautifully and her hair is pretty knot free!

I have to write a review because Debbie was excellent. I went in last week for hair cut and highlights and didn't like what I had asked for. Debbie was so cool about it, and spent her Saturday giving me a completely new haircut, toner, blow-dry, and style, ( And I have A Ton of hair) um no charge!She wanted her client to be happy! Where can you get that kind of care or service now a days?! She is awesome.

I have been apart of Salons by JC for 8 years now. Everyone from the owner and manager, to all my fellow coworker's, I have never not felt welcomed and loved. We have all always had each other’s backs and I have made some of my best friends here. Despite what you may think about being in individual suites, every one is always so open, kind and friendly, making it still feel like a traditional salon at times. Aside from the vibes of the amazing people you are surrounded with, the management is top tier. Of everything that has needed to be addressed or fixed over the years, it has ALWAYS been done promptly and professionally. Highly recommend checking this place out!
I recently visited Dye by Debra Salon and had my bangs fixed ( tried to do it myself ) Deb really understood what I wanted and made sure everything was perfect. I couldn’t be happier and my days as DIY hairstylist is over haha. I will definitely continue to go here moving forward.

I met Anita ('senior') when I decided to try a new salon in Wakefield - it must be about 30 years ago - and followed her to her own salon in Stoneham. When I was wearing my hair short no matter where I was people would ask me who did my hair. All these years later I am still a loyal customer but Anita ('junior') does my color and styles my longer hair. This is a friendly family-like business - and now a very Covid friendly salon.

I went in for eyebrow service. Location is beautiful, clean and you are greeted with a smile. The ambiance is very relaxing and puts you at ease if you're nervous. I was that nervous client with many questions. Millie is very professional, explains in steps what she will be doing and is open to listening and answering any concerns you have. nice clean spa. i got a groupon for a facial including dermplaning treatment for my birthday and it was wonderful. jessika was so nice and educated me as well throughout my facial. i dont get facials often but i would for sure go back here. 10/10 very much recommend

Frank was very busy when I ran into problems with my shower. Water temp was way too hot and could not control temp, so I called for an appt. I was answered by the very capable and efficient Kara, who helped me get an expedited service call, and Frank was there as promised with the needed part and took care of us quickly, and even had to run out for a part that was failing and returned in minutes and got us back on line. Great personal service from Frank, and his office contact Kara who was always available to answer last minute questions, and provide personal service, etc.
Tim and his team are AWESOME. On 11/3/25, I Came home from work late with a blown water Heater. Water everywhere. They came out the very next day and replaced it. They also helped me through the insurance process.

AMAZING SERVICE! 3 days before Christmas, when other contractors could not get here until AFTER the New Year - Prometheus was here in less than 24 hours of my call - with the replacement Water Heater! They vacuumed up the water that leaked out overnight, installed the new tank AND even labeled the Water Heater switch on my electrical panel.

Called Mirley electric for first time yesterday for someone local quickly, I overpowered a plug and it blew out and my fridege , ac, desposal and dishwasher went out, they came out in about 1/2 hr! and replaced plug quickly and efficiently.
Sean and Jake are the best! Professional, expedient, thoughtful, trustworthy and they leave the premises like new! What more could you ask for? My sons first appointment ever at the dentist. The people there were so understanding and letting my 2 year old take all the time he needed. Going to see the fish and bunnies. They also gave him a great exam and a cute tshirt and tooth brush. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I switched to stoneham chiropractic and very pleased. Adjustment procedures are different from where I went to before. They are gentle and still effective. No more stressing out about the technique.
They also did xray of my back before starting up with makes total sense and not something the other place did. Also payment is easy. Cash with senior discount, no offering of different payment plans that lock you in, no pressure to sign up now for discount type of thing (which other place did) . I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Janelle for embracing Tino as a client. She has lovingly cared for my past golden retrievers over the past couple of years. Previously, I had taken Tino to a nearby groomer, which proved to be a costly endeavor, and he unfortunately suffered cuts on his lower body due to the groomer's lack of experience, leaving him traumatized. The subsequent urgent care bills were staggering. Tino's fear of groomers became so intense that I had to consult with his vet to obtain medication to alleviate his anxiety. Fortunately, I reached out to Janelle, and she graciously accommodated me with an early morning appointment at 6:30 am. She did an outstanding job, and Tino looks phenomenal. He was beaming with joy, showering her with kisses, and his tail was wagging ecstatically - he almost didn't want to leave the shop! I want to extend my sincerest appreciation to Janelle for dedicating her time and expertise to Tino's care. This place has changed my life, they are also great people. I am 55 years old and I have sciatica in my right hip/leg, there are some days where I cannot walk because of the pain.
