“When I walked in I was immediately impressed with how much it was set up like an Apple store. Very nice and clean. Modern and inviting. I was greeted by two staff immediately. They were nice, polite and cheerful. I had my prescription with me and I knew exactly what I wanted. I purchased prescription eyeglasses and prescription sunglasses. I was in and out of the store in 10 minutes. The plaza was mobbed it took me fifteen minutes to find a spot and not only did they have a lot of parking they also have a 4 story parking garage. (Side note if you want to see how compact the plaza property is look up Legacy Place in Dedham Massachusetts) I'm guessing that there was less than 10 parking spots left in the entire plaza property. It's amazing how the plaza property is set up. It took me more time to get to the Warby Parker store and out of the parking lot than the time I was in the the Warby Parker store!“

“I'm so glad to have found Emilie and Julie at Highland Optician in Newton Highland, MA, who have fitted my glasses superbly and much better than any other optician I had previously used.I need glasses which are very difficult for many opticians to get right, including refraction, prisms both vertical and horizontal and astigmatism. And I get glasses which include progressive and transition lenses. A large mall optician was never able to get them right, which forced me to return to its store to get the glasses adjusted to permit me to see clearly.I just purchased my second pair of glasses from Emilie and they are perfect, just like my previous pair. These two ladies were very professional and helpful to me when I was in the store. Today they were busy so they asked me please come back in a few, I responded sure. When I came back to the store they helped me and let me try on a few glasses in the store. Most all they were so polite, sweet, and gave good customer service. While they were adjusting my glasses, I told them need to change the screws I wear rimless glasses. They mentioned me to me shipments come in once a month. they gave me date to return to the store, so I can get the parts i need for my glasses. I will definitely go back and see them.“

He takes great pride in his work and wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. He never pushes you into something you don't need or that might not suit you. Lastly, he stands by his work. Are you having a problem with your glasses? Swing by and he'll fix them. Are they slipping off you face after months of wear? He'll adjust them for free.“

“This is a smaller business but they excel over all major eye care companies. I had been going here for years and after covid, I hadn't been in a few years. I came back this year and they remembered who I was and welcomed me back with open arms. The Optometrist there is really good and all of the workers around him are friendly and supportive and work very efficiently.
